Commissioned by the Australian Girls Choir's for its Piccolo level, this medley explores the concept of being an individual through the idea of sheep, traditionally mindless followers:
- "We Follow Because We're Sheep" - A bright opening number sets the scene for the sheep's dilemma of always being a follower.
- "If I Could Be Like You (Ewe!)" - "The pasture's greener on the other side"...what to do when others' lives seem so much more interesting, so much better? Sung in a plaintive, wistful slow waltz style, this piece can highlight your choir's ability to phrase musically.
- "You Can't Pull The Wool Over These Eyes" - A rousing celebration in a disco style of the sheep's decision to stand up for themself.
